| In order to facilitate all of our clients, we must
juggle many requests and we do our best to meet everyone's needs.
Our cancellation policy allows us time to adjust our schedule to
accomodate other people.
We ask you to be aware of the following client policies:
Spa Perks
If you wish to take advantage of some of the spa’s facilities
please arrive early. These facilities are available to you:
• Shower
• Steam (allow 30 minutes)
• Hot/Cold Beverages
• Infra-red Massage Table (allow 45 minutes)
Appointments are to commence at your scheduled time. If you arrive
late the treatment duration will be shortened as we must still be
completed at the time you originally scheduled in order to meet
the expectations of other clients.
Wraps and shoe attire await your arrival.
Cancellation Policy
48 hr. cancellation notice required or 50% of service will apply.
Payment Policy
We accept the following methods of payment:
Visa • Mastercard • American Express • Debit Card • Cash
A 50% deposit is required upon booking appointments for permanent
cosmetics.
All costs subject to GST.
Spa Etiquette
Please make yourself comfortable in the waiting area.
Tea and water are available for you.
Quietness is appreciated because other treatments are in session.
Please arrive minimum fifteen minutes prior to your treatment
to ensure you are not rushed and enjoy the full benefits of your
treatment.
Sterilization
You may rely on Enhancements by Donna to practice the highest level
of sterilization by autoclave. In every step of our procedures,
we are absolutely conscientious about cleanliness and caring for
your health.
